You may request to withdraw from a delivered order within 14 days of receipt, subject to legal exceptions (for example sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, or custom items).

Submitting a request does not automatically refund your payment. Our team reviews each request and will contact you about the next steps.
