Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may request to withdraw from a delivered distance-sale order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions.
The 14-day right of withdrawal is a legal cooling-off right for a delivered distance-sale order. Store returns are a separate 30-day policy and are requested from My Orders → order details. The same order may have both when they apply to different situations; overlapping quantities on the same items cannot be claimed twice in active return requests.
You may request to withdraw from a delivered order within 14 days of receipt, subject to legal exceptions (for example sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, or custom items).
Submitting a request does not automatically refund your payment. Our team reviews each request and will contact you about the next steps.
Use the form on this page while signed in to your account. Enter the order number shown on your confirmation (for example ORD-2026-000123).
