Warranty
After the 30-day store return period, products may still be covered by warranty under applicable law.
Returns are a 30-day store policy requested from your order details. Warranty applies after that window for defects covered by law or manufacturer terms. These are separate from the 14-day legal right of withdrawal.
If you are still within 14 days of delivery, you may instead use the right of withdrawal for a delivered distance-sale order.
Online warranty claims are not available yet. Contact us with your order number if you need help. A claims form will be added in a later phase.
