Use this form to request a warranty review for one item or a whole order. Include your order number so we can see when you received the product.
Returns are a 30-day store policy from your order details. Warranty is separate and depends on the product — there is no single warranty period for every item.
Because products have different warranty terms, we do not apply one general rule here. Send a request with your order number and item; our team checks delivery date and whether we can support the claim.
If you are still within 14 days of delivery, you may instead use the right of withdrawal for a delivered distance-sale order.
