We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully, as it forms part of the terms of sale between you (the “Customer”) and FoonStore (operated by Rayak, located in Valkenswaard, The Netherlands).
1. Overview
This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through www.FoonStore.com.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
Our refund and return period lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is covered under warranty.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and protective materials).

Products that have been opened or used by the customer may only be accepted for return if they are found to be defective from the factory after inspection.

Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, order number, or receipt).
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

Products without original packaging or with missing components.

Products showing physical signs of tampering or modification.

Hygiene-sensitive or software-based products (e.g., earphones, downloadable digital items) once opened or activated.

Any product returned beyond the 30-day period.
3. Warranty Conditions
All our products are sold with a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering factory defects.
If a product appears defective, it will first be inspected by FoonStore or the authorized supplier to determine whether the defect is factory-related.

If the defect is confirmed as a factory defect, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost to the customer.

If the product is not defective or shows signs of improper use, it will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Warranty duration varies per product category and is indicated on the product page or invoice.
4. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing only.
We do not accept refund requests made by telephone.

Once received, our support team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipment or inspection.
5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when the item is confirmed to be defective due to a factory defect.

If, after inspection, we confirm a factory defect, we will reimburse your return shipping cost or provide a return label.

If the returned product is not defective, it will be sent back to you at your expense after payment of the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
6. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return:

We will notify you via email or message confirming receipt of your returned item.

We will inform you whether your refund or exchange has been approved or denied.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.) within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If only part of your order is returned, the refund will cover only the returned items and not shipping or service fees (unless otherwise agreed).
7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Sale or Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.

10. Gifts and Store Credits
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received and inspected.
If the gift was purchased by another person and sent later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
